It has onboard clean and waste water with electric pump to the glass top sink , it has been upholsterd to a very high standard by myself as you will see from the pics , it does a good 30/35 to the gallon pending how heavy your right foot is and has a super low mileage of 28000 i have the service print out for the van and was origionally owned by lloyds bank so it has not been subject to a very hard life , all tyres are good the spare has only done 25miles from new . it also benefits from PAS IT IS MOT,D UNTIL SEPT 2010 AND HAS ROAD TAX You will not be dissapointed in the van should wish to see it , please look at the pics carefully they are a true representation of the condition and i think the van is superb value for the money i am asking for it. Although the advert staes it`s 2 berth, you can see I have not really built in a big arrangement for sleeping. However when we are away I sleep in the van without a problem, and my son sleeps in the awning, which can easily sleep 2. Having said that I have enough apholstery foam and the original cushion fabric for someone to make an infill for a bad. This will then give 2 berth inside, plus 2 in the awning. Everything in the rear of the van works from the 12 volt leisure battery. For 240v i use a generator to run my microwave etc..
