We are a non smoking family and the caravan is in excellent clean condition. The caravan is CRiS registered. Body length of 17 8 with an overall length of 23 2 and 7 4 wide. Unladen weight (MRO) is 1183KG. The laden weight (MTPLM) is 1401 KG. There is an ALKO stabliser fitted and we are including the ALKO hitchlock. The caravan has a popular layout with a fixed double bed. Under the bed is a huge storage area that can be accessed from outside the caravan. The seating area at the front consists of 2 long parallel seats which could be used as 2 single beds or made up to a large double bed. In between the seats is a chest of drawers which has 2 drawers, storage area underneath and a fold over table top. There is also a free standing table that can be used in between the seats for a larger eating area. The fixed bed area has a dressing area including a washbasin and vanity unit. There is a sliding concertina door that can be used to divide the bedroom from the rest of the caravan. Leading off from the dressing area is the separate toilet/shower area. The kitchen area is well fitted with a dual oven, gas grill and 4 burner hob (3 gas 1 electric.) There is also a drainer area and a fold down large shelf for invaluable working space with plenty of cupboards/lockers for storage. The fridge is a good size with a full width freezer compartment.
