Comes with the detachable kitchen unit including a 2 burner cooker and a gas bottle which has gas but not sure how much is left. Min 6 berth but the awning is huge if you want it to be and we have had extra people `camping in it`. We have replaced the foam on the 2 double beds and seats which has not been used so is brand new. Also has brand new pegs and a brand new cover for the trailer its self. The seats have storage underneath which is very handy. Its very light and really easy to tow. All you need is a number plate to tow it away. For the last 3 years we have owned it, it has been stored in the garage. The only bad bit is the awning at some point in its life has been packed away wet so does has some marking to the front area but this in no way spoils the use of it and has never bothered us. Its a lovely trailer tent with a big awning that can be made smaller if you need it to be. Viewings are more than welcome but please understand the weather will play a part in being able to put up. Has the electrics so you can connect to an electric hook up point if required. Has a jockey wheel for easy maneuverability and also a spare wheel. Has curtains and roof linings included and also a portable toilet.
