This van has had 2 previous owners and been well looked after. All carpets and seating are exceptional for the age of the Caravan. The seating to the front converts into a very large King size bed, which can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 children. There is ample storage throughout the van with lots of cupboards and drawers. There are inset slots for your plates and cups . Also there is a cocktail cabinet with glass holders. The bathroom has a large sink with ample cupboard space. The shower is large with a handy soap dispenser. Also a large wardrobe and drawers beneath. It has a large size oven and a 4 ring burner in very good condition, with work top lighting above. This caravan has loose carpets in great condition easily removed for cleaning, under the carpets is a laminate wood effect floor also in good condition. There is a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm fitted. All user manuals and documents included. Caravan CRiS Registered There is a few minor dents to the sides but nothing to effect the appearance There is a small plastic piece missing on the jockey Wheel cover again does not effect the performance of this superb van for its age. AWNING Awning included Trio Sport, this was top of the range when purchased as this can be packed away damp without fear of mold damage, includes curtains. there was damage to the awning but this has been repaired , meaning front left insert window cannot be removed ie zipped out, permanent to main awning. This is a very exceptional caravan for its age and first to view will buy. We have this advertised elsewhere and can remove this at anytime.
