The tent is the most recent model, which is all in one with the pods inside, no need for extra work it takes two people to put up (or one nimble person!)And can easily be taken down by one person. A spaceous family tent with 3 pods that between them sleep 8 people, a large living area with large curtained windows, with plenty of space for dining table, chairs and cupboards etc. There is also a porch area which has a separate ground sheet which can be used as a cooking area and there is even room for another table!! There is a back door at the rear of the tent for extra ventilation if needed. It even comes with its own door mat!! The accessories include, the front extension which acts as a gazebo for extra fresh air seating or dining come rain or shine, tent carpet that makes the tent warmer and cosier, the footprint groundsheet and also the kids room (which replaces the middle pod)complete with the ball game and balls!! (this does not come with the tent when bought new). We have checked current internet prices for the package and as ours is classed as `used`, we have adjusted our price accordingly, the tent and accessories are in excellent condition, some items (carpet & kids room) have only been used once, and the tent has only been used twice. We are open to the nearest offer. However, considering the size and weight of the packaged items we can only offer `pick up only` and cash on pick up.
