We have only used it twice, it is in perfect condition. It offers huge living space and comfortably takes a double mattress each in three sleeping areas plus space in the living space.The front porch is ideal for cooker, cool box etc. It has a sewn in groundsheet with zips for cables to go through so no creepy crawlies.A lot of airing possible through skylight, windows and front `door` flynet.Porch has a groundsheet.All poles colour coded, easy to put up for 2 people.Very large tent 7.60m X 7.20m. 2 layers, inner pitched first then flysheet.Comes in 2 bags. I will include 2 gas bottles with regulator and an electric coolbox with converter to power it through Mains. Pick up in G72 only as a little heavy to post.
