No leaks or damp patches. Full service – documentation available. clean inside and out. Has been stored undercover on hardstanding with full anti damp measures when not in use. This caravan is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. It has 2 single beds / 1 large double bed (made by pulling out a slatted base from the chest of drawers) at the front and the side dinette converts into a single bed with a single bunk overhead. There is also a curtain on a track on the ceiling for privacy round the bunks. The side dinette has a large vertical window. Kitchen has a 3 burner hob, grill, full oven and good sized fridge and a power point. There is a large free standing table which is housed in the bathroom. Bathroom occupies the whole back width of the caravan and has considerable wardrobe space on the right with hanging and shelf space. There is a washbasin on your left as you go in with handy shelf storage above and a mirrored bathroom cabinet. The other side is a shower cubicle with curtain and Thetford cassette toilet. The caravan has a 5 litre hot water tank and 12 v pump system. Mains electricity with 3 power sockets A awning light outside. Gas fire in good and safe working order. Floor in excellent condition Blinds and fly screens to all windows. Sale includes Full sized awning in grey in good condition, gas cylinder, dirty and clean water containers (both water hogs) All the original purchase information, handbooks and instructions are included with the caravan and it has very little use.
