Tent is up in our garden in Ash Vale, Surrey over Easter if anyone wants to see in person. Pics from this wk or when we packed away end last summer. This is larger 3 bed version of Brekenridge. Manufacturers claim beds sleep 3+3+2, but we use it 2+2+1, or use 3rd bed as storage. Tent has separate inner & flysheet, pitches with inner first then flysheet over. Pitched at a push with 1 person, but easier with 2. Extremely stable in bad weather, we’ve been on the cliffs in Dorset in awful weather, with tunnel tents collapsing all around us, this tent stood up to the worst the British summer could muster. Ample room inside this tent. Tent is 5 yrs old, used for approx 10 wks. Would make ideal first family tent. We bought tent from previous (military) owners in 2007 as our first tent & it has been great for us & 2 kids. Always been packed dry & is in gd condition for age. Pics show how clean & dry it was put away last yr. Fibre glass poles are in gd cond, no rips/tears in flysheet or inner. As to be expected for age, not immaculate, there is some minor wear & tear. Sold with pegs & bags for tent, pole & pegs. Tent should be good for another 4 or 5 seasons if well looked after. Exterior size of tent is 9m wide by 6.2m deep. Beds are 2 of 210cm x 195cm, 1 of 210cm x 120cm. Living area is 450cm x 360cm, with a max int height of 225cm. Enclosed front porch of 200cm x 150cm I don’t know the weight or dimensions when packed as the tent is up at the moment. Pics give you an idea. Groundsheet is built-in, no water or insects get in. Beds & front/back doors have mesh insect screens that zip independently from main panels. Small bedroom opens as back door. 2 side windows both have mesh lining with panels that roll up to allow fresh air in. Electric cable entry point & you can unzip a small window in roof of tent to let air out. Takes approx 40 mins for 2 adults to pitch, including pegging down. Wear & tear: - 5cm tear on inner mesh of window (outer mesh is fine, as is the roll-down polyester panel outside of this, so this is still 100% waterproof & not even visible from the outside of tent). This could probably be stitched. Have attached photo - 1 of the pegging points of inner is missing & has been repaired. This does not affect the pegging of the tent in any way as it is not a corner pegging point, just along one wall. - 2 inch tear to groundsheet used in the porch area which has been patched with tape. - Some small & very feint dirty marks or patches to the inner through general use. Probably being picky even mentioning these as you probably wouldn’t notice them when viewing. Please contact us to come & see the tent. On eBay & expect to get £100 to £150. Happy to accept £125 cash for this tent if someone from UK Campsite wants to take it away. Would also show you how it packs away when taking it down to take with you!
