In fairly good condition - there are a couple of areas that have been sealed / patched, but doesn`t affect the tent. Some of the connecting springs have become a bit stretched and a couple of the legs have lost their `feet`. Some of the elastic loops are also becoming a bit perished - but can be replaced. This is the older model that doesn`t have a dividing curtain for the kitchen area. All the rest of the innards are in excellent condition - bedroom sections, curtains & roof liners etc. Roof /Skirt - cream PVC; Walls - mid-blue canvas. Incredibly sturdy with years of service still left in her!! Also included is the framework for an awning - which I think attaches to the side wall - but have never used it! Reason for sale - Family growing up and not needing such a large tent - We have some happy memories of holidays in this tent, but now need to downsize. Recently withstood the force of the winds blowing in from the Atlantic on the North Cornish coast - we were cosy when others were having to check their ropes and pegs on their flimsier polyester tents! Anyone who knows anything about Cabanon tents will know these are the `creme de la creme` of canvas tents and of their retail value when bought new. (Manufacturers spiel) ...
