This man made material is waterproof, extremely durable and easy to wipe clean. Cabanon`s sturdy, zinc-plated, steel frames are all specially arranged and spring linked, to ensure that Cabanon tents are simple and easy to erect - even for beginners! This tent has been used about. 3 timesa year, always put away dry and stored in our trailer within a heated warehouse it is in fantastic condition no stains, rips or tears! It sleeps 6 people, the bedrooms split into 3 sections. The tent includes a full size kitchen extension with a ventilated window and outside flap. There is a roll-up front wall and a loung roof lining and curtains. The zip out panel on the left hand side can be used to zip on the annexe if extra space is needed. This tent is in really good condition and has been looked after. It has been great for family holidays and is very spacious, both in the bedrooms and the living area. I will include two large breathable ground sheets, one to cover the area under the sleeping pods and one for the living area.
