Reluctantly selling due to the arrival of a little one. The only time I used it was in torrential rain and gales and it took no nonesense! Here is the blurb from Mad Bear: The Mad Bear ‘Bjorn 4’ is a lighter weight, more waterproof Lavvu tipi tent than the ‘Vildmark 4’ which is suitable for 4/6 persons and kit. The material is 240T Nylon which is silicon treated on the outside and PU treated on the inside, making the material fully waterproof. There are also double guy lines for extra stability and a ground sheet. Fire is not recommended in this model although some of the tipi stoves are compatible.
