The van is in excellent condition and we are selling it due to the layout not working for us. The van has been stored inside for most of its life, we sited it from Nov11 - March 12 on a site near Silverdale so any viewings will have to be done at the site. There are no extras with the van as we are buying a new one so it will be sold with the electric cable & step. This van is the top of the range Bailey with virtually full warranty left on. It has the Alde central heating and ATC trailer control system. It has had its first service in Oct 11. They are still being sold at the Shows and showrooms and retail at over £22000 so buying a used one will save you a lot of money.
