All papers, manuals and CRiS registration documents are included in the sale. The van is 5.36M / 17’ 7” internal length with a body length of 7.15M / 23’ 5 1/2” and is 2.292M / 7’ 6 1/4” wide with 5 berths. The un-laden weight (MRO) is 1014Kg, the laden weight (MTPLM) is 1300Kg and the nose weight is 100Kg it can be towed with a medium size car. The caravan has a spacious lounge to the front with wrap around seating & removable table which converts quickly into a comfortable double bed. There is plenty of overhead storage and a large cupboard provides amble hanging space for clothes, or storage for a microwave. The side kitchen has a 3 burner hob, sink, cupboards and drawers. The Thetford fridge runs on gas, 12 volts or 240 volts electrics. The side bathroom has a Thetford cassette toilet (emptied from outside the caravan) along with a sink, shower and various vanity units providing good storage. The walls of the shower have never been damp as we have always hung a plastic shower curtain around the room to protect the walls from water. Hot & cold water in the kitchen and bathroom is supplied by a Truma immersion hot water heater which heats the water with electric hook up. The caravan has 12 volt & 240 volt electrics with wall lights and spot lights as well as adequate 240 volt power sockets throughout. To the rear there is a side dinette which converts to a single bed and two side bunk beds. A concertina privacy door allows the back sleeping area to be sectioned off. All the windows are double-glazed with fly screens, blinds and curtains. The storage hatch at the front of the caravan is large enough to store the wastemaster waste carrier, aquaroll, gas bottle, electric cable and various bits so the inside of the caravan stays clean and hygienic. The caravan has a very slight score to the rear non-door side of the van, but as this has not impacted on the body work we have left it alone & just polish it. Internally, the caravan is in excellent clean condition however in the interests of being open & honest the bottom bunk frame does have some very minor wear & tear (hardly noticeable) as underneath the bottom bunk is a large storage cavity that allows you to store bedding, table and chairs etc. The caravan is stored in a secure compound which has been CaSSOA approved & is situated approx 8 miles from junction 39 of the A63 (continuation of the M62 towards Hull) and 4 miles from Market Weighton.
