The original owner paid for the Vogue upgrade package which includes alloy wheels, upgraded upholstery, omnistor extractor/blower, Status aerial and two Heki roof lights, one above the lounge area and one above the fixed bed. This is a four berth caravan with a fixed double to the rear and two single or a very large double which can be made in the front lounge so its a very flexible arrangement. The fixed double can be screened off completely from the rest of the van for privacy. The exceptional upholsetry make the beds very comfortable. Two previous non smoking owners and in excellent condition throughout. The green and gold upholstery and mattress are unmarked. The external bodyworks is superb with an odd tiny scuff to the decals but due to the van having GRP sides there are no dents as you might find on aluminium sided vans. This make of van was also designed to be lightweight for its size and the 318 has a MIRO of 1184kg and an MTPLM of 420kg so can be towed by a medium sized family car. There is no damp, rot or delamination of the floor. The tyres are all Hankook and all like new with a brand new spare that still has the tread sticker and has never been used.
